Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging XT3 for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

XT3 provides AI automation, business development, and consulting services. All services are provided on a contract basis with terms specified in individual service agreements.

3. Payment Terms

- Minimum engagement: $5,000/month
- Project minimums: $25,000
- Payment due upon receipt of invoice
- Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in writing, all work product created for clients remains the property of the client upon full payment. XT3 retains the right to use general methodologies and non-confidential learnings.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

XT3's liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Client remains responsible for payment of work completed.
