XT3 LLC
Privacy policy
Effective August 25, 2026.
What XT3 collects
XT3 receives information you provide directly, such as your name, email, company, project context, and communications. Stripe receives payment and billing details during hosted Checkout. XT3 stores limited order identifiers, contact details, amount, currency, and payment state for reconciliation and onboarding.
How information is used
Information is used to evaluate fit, deliver and operate services, communicate about orders and projects, secure and troubleshoot systems, reconcile payments, and meet legal obligations. XT3 does not sell personal information.
Website services
The site uses Google Analytics for aggregate navigation and conversion events without sending names, emails, phone numbers, inquiry text, Stripe IDs, or lead details. TidyCal handles appointment booking. Stripe handles payment entry and processing. Hosting and security providers process technical request data needed to deliver the site.
Lead-response systems
A customer implementation can process inquiry contact details, property or service information, responses to approved questions, routing status, and conversation context. The customer controls the business purpose and lawful collection/contact permissions. Exact AI, CRM, calendar, email, messaging, and hosting subprocessors are disclosed for the approved implementation before launch.
Retention and security
XT3 keeps information only as long as needed for the engagement, accounting, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Access is limited to the systems and people needed to perform the work. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to contractual, accounting, security, and legal retention duties. You can opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time.
