Service terms
Effective August 25, 2026.
Orders and acceptance
A Checkout payment requests the standard AI Lead Response implementation. Payment acceptance is not service acceptance. XT3 may reject an unsuitable or unsupported order before kickoff and issue a full refund. The order becomes active when XT3 confirms fit, scope, access, and kickoff in writing.
Standard implementation
The $2,500 USD implementation covers one established business, one website/domain, one location, one approved website form source, one workflow with up to eight qualification questions, one pipeline, one human handoff path, one calendar, two implementation revision rounds, supervised testing, and one recorded operator walkthrough.
Timing and customer dependencies
XT3 targets launch within 15 business days after receiving complete access, approved business facts, routing rules, policies, and timely customer decisions. Missing access, delayed approvals, unsupported integrations, or changed scope pause the target. The target is not a service-level guarantee.
Managed operation
Managed operation is required for the standard offer and begins when the approved production workflow goes live. It is $750 USD per month for an initial three-month term, then month-to-month. It covers monitoring, approved question and routing adjustments, and fault repair inside the agreed system boundary for up to 300 new inbound inquiries per month. Higher volume or expanded scope requires written re-scoping before additional charges.
Cancellation and refunds
The setup payment is fully refundable if XT3 rejects the order before kickoff. It is non-refundable after kickoff because implementation capacity and work have begun. Managed-operation cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term; partial months are not refunded. Failed recurring payments may pause monitoring and changes until the account is current.
Third-party services and taxes
Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Customers pay third-party software, AI, CRM, calendar, email, messaging, and hosting fees in their own accounts unless a signed order says otherwise. Stripe processes payments. Tax calculation and collection depend on XT3’s active registrations and reviewed tax treatment.
AI and human control
The system assists with acknowledgement, approved questions, organization, and routing. It does not act as an autonomous salesperson, provide final quotes, negotiate, discount, promise availability, bind the customer, accept payment details, or replace human judgment. The customer remains responsible for accurate business facts, lawful contact permissions, and human handling of sensitive or commercial decisions.
Results and liability
XT3 does not guarantee lead volume, response time, conversion, revenue, appointments, or job wins. Any final warranty, liability limit, confidentiality, intellectual-property, dispute, and governing-law terms are controlled by the signed service order or master agreement for the engagement.
